Yoseph Orshan is a native Baltimorean who grew up in Pikesville. He received a law degree from University of Maryland, a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Baltimore and Towson University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Towson University. Before becoming an attorney, Yoseph had a fourteen year sales and marketing career in various industries, the most notable of which is insurance. Yoseph worked for various insurance companies, including one of the largest auto and homeowners insurance carriers in the U.S. His significant insurance industry experience helps him assist his clients in navigating the legal world, particularly in personal injury and auto accident claims against auto insurance carriers.

In addition to his legal education, his varied professional experiences allowed him to hone his natural listening, advocacy, and persuasion skills. These skills assist him in effectively navigating the legal world on behalf of his clients. His prior work and educational experiences have prepared him to be able to communicate effectively and persuasively with clients, opposing counsel, members of the judiciary, juries, parties in cases, and witnesses. During his time at the University of Maryland School Of Law, Yoseph worked for two very different law firms, gaining experience in a variety of different legal fields. He was a law clerk for the Drazin Law Center, P.A., a family law, estate planning, and consumer bankruptcy firm located in Columbia, MD. He worked closely with clients and the managing partner. He was also a paralegal with The Law Office of Richard R. Klein, LLC; a high volume personal injury law firm in Pikesville, MD, primarily working on challenging cases, resolving issues, and correcting process flaws.

Yoseph practices in Baltimore and surrounding counties in both District and Circuit Court. He is admitted in United States District Court for Maryland. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Baltimore City Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, weight lifting, and swimming, playing basketball, football, and softball. He is an avid Ravens and Orioles fan.
